DURÉE DU CONCOURS

Le concours « Dessine le prochain collant Rachel! » est organisé par  Rachel et aura lieu du 17 septembre au 12 octobre 2022.

Les différentes étapes ainsi que leurs dates respectives sont énumérées ci-bas : 

• 17 au 29 septembre 2022 : Soumission des croquis
• 30 septembre au 11 octobre 2022 : Vote sur les croquis soumis
• 12 octobre 2022 : Annonce des finalistes (5 croquis ayant le plus de votes)
• 14 octobre 2022 : Sélection du grand gagnant par l’équipe Rachel
• 15 octobre au 23 octobre 2022 : Prise de contact avec le grand gagnant
• 24 octobre 2022 : Annonce du grand gagnant sur plateformes de communication de Rachel

ADMISSIBILITÉ

Ce concours est ouvert aux personnes âgées de 18 ans et plus au 11 octobre 2022 et habitants au Canada ou aux États-Unis. 

PRIX

GRAND PRIX

1000$ en argent sera remis au participant ayant soumis le croquis sélectionné par l’équipe Rachel parmi les 5 dessins ayant reçu le plus de votes.

PRIX SECONDAIRE

Une carte-cadeau de 200$ valide sur le site fr.fromrachel.com sera remise à une personne ayant voté pour son croquis favori. Cette personne sera sélectionnée au hasard parmi toutes les personnes ayant voté.

COMMENT PARTICIPER POUR GAGNER LE GRAND PRIX

SOUMISSION DU CROQUIS

Les participants admissibles doivent soumettre un croquis original d’un motif de collant que Rachel pourrait produire. Les croquis doivent être soumis par voie électronique en remplissant le formulaire à l’adresse suivante : https://fr.fromrachel.com/pages/contest-tights

Aucun achat ou contrepartie requis. 

Chaque participant peut soumettre jusqu’à 5 croquis différents en remplissant 5 fois le formulaire.

La qualité minimale du fichier téléversé doit permettre aux utilisateurs de voir et de comprendre le croquis, mais aucune dimension particulière n’est exigée. Les croquis doivent être téléversés en format jpeg, png ou pdf. 

Les participants peuvent dessiner leur croquis à la main et en faire une photo / numériser afin de le soumettre ou ils peuvent le créer directement à l’ordinateur.

Tous les champs du formulaire doivent être remplis afin de participer.

L’équipe Rachel se réserve le droit de supprimer toute participation présentant un ou des éléments offensants, violents, obscènes ou de mauvais goût. Chacune des participations sera revue par l’équipe avant d’être publiée dans la galerie.

SÉLECTION

Les 5 croquis ayant reçu le plus de votes durant la période énoncée dans la section “durée du concours” ci-haut seront nommés finalistes. 

LICENSE

En téléversant un ou des croquis, le participant accepte que ses visuels soient publiés, affichés, reproduits, modifiés, incorporés, transposés et, sans s’y limiter, utilisés commercialement par Rachel.

CRITÈRES DE SÉLECTION PARMI LES FINALISTES

L’équipe Rachel évaluera les finalistes selon les critères énoncés ci-bas : 

• Correspondance avec l’image de marque Rachel
• Faisabilité technique
• Originalité et nouveauté
• Potentiel de vente
• Tout autre élément jugé pertinent

CONDITIONS POUR ÊTRE DÉCLARÉ GAGNANT DU GRAND PRIX

Afin d’être déclaré gagnant, le participant ayant soumis le croquis gagnant devra :

1. être joint par un représentant de Rachel qui communiquera par courriel ou téléphone au plus tard dans les 5 jours suivants l’annonce des finalistes. Le participant devra répondre à notre message dans un maximum de 5 jours, à défaut de quoi le participant sélectionné perdra son droit au prix. Le prix sera alors attribué au participant suivant, et la même procédure sera suivie, jusqu'à ce que le gagnant ait été désigné.
2. confirmer qu’il remplit les conditions d’admissibilité et les autres exigences du présent règlement;
3. répondre correctement, sans aide et dans un délai limité, à une question d’habileté mathématique qui lui sera posée au téléphone;
4. Signer un contrat de session des droit d’auteur sur le croquis sélectionné 

À défaut de respecter l’une des conditions mentionnées ci-dessus ou toute autre condition mentionnée au présent règlement, le participant sélectionné sera disqualifié et à la discrétion de Rachel, le prix sera annulé ou un nouveau croquis sera sélectionné conformément au présent règlement de participation jusqu’à ce qu’un participant soit sélectionné et déclaré gagnant de ce prix. Les mêmes conditions resteront alors applicables en faisant les adaptations nécessaires, le cas échéant.

COMMENT PARTICIPER POUR GAGNER LE PRIX SECONDAIRE

Afin de courir la chance de gagner le prix secondaire, les personnes éligibles doivent se rendre sur la page https://fr.fromrachel.com/pages/contest-tights, remplir le formulaire, voter pour leurs 3 croquis favoris et soumettre le formulaire durant la période énoncée dans la section “durée du concours”.

Limite de 3 votes par personne admissible durant toute la durée du concours.

TIRAGE

Le gagnant du prix secondaire sera sélectionné au hasard parmi toutes les personnes ayant voté.

REMISE DU PRIX

Dans les 5 jours suivant l’annonce des finalistes, le gagnant du prix secondaire sera contacté par courriel. Le participant devra répondre à notre message dans un maximum de 5 jours à défaut de quoi le participant sélectionné perdra son droit au prix. Le prix sera alors attribué au participant sélectionné au hasard suivant, et la même procédure sera suivie, jusqu'à ce que le gagnant ait été désigné.

DISQUALIFICATION

Toute personne participant à ce concours ou tentant d’y participer par un moyen contraire à ce règlement et de nature à être injuste envers les autres participants (exemple : piratage informatique, utilisation d’un prête nom) sera automatiquement disqualifiée et pourrait être référée aux autorités judiciaires compétentes.

ACCEPTATION DES PRIX

Les prix devront être acceptés tels que décrits au présent règlement et ne pourront être échangés, substitués ou transférés à une autre personne.

LIMITE DE RESPONSABILITÉ

Si le prix ne peut être attribué tel qu’il est décrit au présent règlement, Rachel se réserve le droit de remettre un prix de même nature et de valeur équivalente ou, à son entière discrétion, la valeur du prix indiquée au présent règlement. Dans tous les cas, Rachel ne pourra être tenue d’attribuer plus de prix ou d’attribuer un prix autrement que conformément au présent règlement.

FACEBOOK

Les participants reconnaissent et acceptent que le site Facebook n’est pas la propriété de Rachel et n’est pas exploité par celui-ci et reconnaissent néanmoins être soumis aux conditions d’utilisation de Facebook. Les informations personnelles recueillies dans le cadre de ce concours sont pour l’usage exclusif de Rachel et ne seront communiquées d’aucune façon à Facebook. Facebook n’est pas associé au concours et ne le commandite d’aucune façon. Aucune responsabilité ne peut lui être imputée à cet égard.

RÉCEPTION DES PARTICIPATIONS

Rachel et les personnes au bénéfice desquelles ce concours est tenu ne seront pas responsables des participations mal acheminées ou en retard, y compris dû à un problème lié à toute défaillance pour quelque raison que ce soit, du site web pendant la durée du présent concours, y compris tout dommage à l’ordinateur ou l’appareil mobile d’un participant.

MODIFICATION DU CONCOURS

Rachel se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, d’annuler, de terminer, de modifier ou de suspendre, en tout ou en partie, le présent concours dans l’éventualité où il se manifeste un événement ou toute intervention humaine pouvant altérer ou influencer l’administration, la sécurité l’impartialité ou le déroulement du concours tel que prévu dans le présent règlement. Aucune responsabilité ne pourra lui être imputée.

FIN DU CONCOURS IMPRÉVUE

Dans l’éventualité où, pour quelque raison que ce soit, la participation au concours devait prendre fin en totalité ou en partie avant la date de fin prévue au présent règlement, l’attribution pourra se faire, à la discrétion de Rachel, parmi les inscriptions dûment enregistrées et reçues jusqu’à la date de l’événement ayant mis fin à la participation au concours. Dans tous les cas, Rachel ne pourra être tenu d’attribuer plus de prix ou d’attribuer un prix autrement que conformément au présent règlement.

UTILISATION DES INFORMATIONS DES GAGNANTS

En acceptant le prix, tout gagnant autorise Rachel à utiliser ses nom, photographie, image, voix, lieu de résidence et déclaration relative au prix à des fins publicitaires, et ce, sans aucune forme de rémunération.

CONFORMITÉ AU RÈGLEMENT

Toute personne qui participe au concours accepte de se conformer au présent règlement et aux décisions finales et sans appel de Rachel, qui administre le concours.

Si un paragraphe de ce règlement est déclaré ou jugé illégal, inexécutable ou nul par une cour compétente, alors ce paragraphe sera considéré comme étant nul, mais tous les autres paragraphes qui ne sont pas touchés seront appliqués dans les limites permises par la loi.

Le concours est assujetti à toutes les lois applicables.

N.B. Le genre masculin n’est utilisé sans aucune discrimination et dans le seul but d'alléger le texte.

Contest “Draw the next tights Rachel!! »

CONTEST DURATION

The “Draw the next tights Rachel!” is organized by Rachel and will take place from September 17 to October 12, 2022.

The different stages and their respective dates are listed below:

September 17 to 29, 2022: Sketch submission

September 30 to October 11, 2022: Vote on the sketches submitted

October 12, 2022: Announcement of the finalists (5 sketches with the most votes)

October 14, 2022: Selection of the big winner by the Rachel team

October 15 to October 23, 2022: Contact with the big winner

October 24, 2022: Announcement of the big winner on Rachel's communication platforms

ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to people aged 18 and over as of October 11, 2022 and residents of Canada or the United States.

PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE

$1,000 in cash will be awarded to the participant who submitted the sketch selected by the Rachel team among the 5 drawings that received the most votes.

SECONDARY PRIZE

A $200 gift card valid on the fr.fromrachel.com site will be given to a person who has voted for their favorite sketch. This person will be randomly selected from all those who voted.

HOW TO ENTER TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE

SKETCH SUBMISSION

Eligible entrants must submit an original sketch of a tights design that Rachel might produce. Sketches must be submitted electronically by completing the form at: https://fr.fromrachel.com/pages/contest-tights

No purchase or consideration required.

Each participant can submit up to 5 different sketches by completing the form 5 times.

The minimum quality of the uploaded file should allow users to see and understand the sketch, but no particular dimensions are required. Sketches must be uploaded in jpeg, png or pdf format.

Entrants can draw their sketch by hand and photo/scan it for submission or they can create it directly on the computer.

All fields of the form must be completed in order to participate.

The Rachel team reserves the right to remove any entry containing offensive, violent, obscene or bad taste material. Each entry will be reviewed by the team before being published in the gallery.

SELECTION

The 5 sketches that received the most votes during the period set out in the “duration of the contest” section above will be named finalists.

LICENSE

By uploading one or more sketches, the participant agrees that their visuals may be published, displayed, reproduced, modified, incorporated, transposed and, without limitation, used commercially by Rachel.

SELECTION CRITERIA AMONG THE FINALISTS

The Rachel team will evaluate the finalists according to the criteria set out below:

• Correspondence with the Rachel brand image
• Technical feasibility
• Originality and novelty
• Sales potential
• Any other item deemed relevant

CONDITIONS TO BE DECLARED THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER

In order to be declared a winner, the participant who submitted the winning sketch must:

• Be reached by a representative of Rachel who will communicate by email or telephone no later than 5 days following the announcement of the finalists. The participant must respond to our message within a maximum of 5 days, failing which the selected participant will lose his right to the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next entrant, and the same procedure will be followed, until the winner has been determined.
• confirm that they meet the eligibility and other requirements of these rules;
• correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question posed over the telephone;
• Sign a copyright session agreement on the selected sketch

Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned above or any other condition mentioned in these rules, the selected participant will be disqualified and at the discretion of Rachel, the prize will be canceled or a new sketch will be selected in accordance with these rules of participation. until an entrant is selected and declared the winner of this prize. The same conditions will then remain applicable by making the adaptations necessary, if applicable.

HOW TO ENTER TO WIN THE SECONDARY PRIZE

In order to be eligible to win the secondary prize, eligible persons must go to the page https://fr.fromrachel.com/pages/contest-tights, fill out the form, vote for their 3 favorite sketches and submit the form during the period set out in the “Contest Period” section.

Limit of 3 votes per eligible person for the duration of the contest.

DRAW

The secondary prize winner will be randomly selected from all those who voted.

PRIZE AWARD

Within 5 days of the announcement of the finalists the secondary prize winner will be contacted by email. The participant must respond to our message within a maximum of 5 days, failing which the selected participant will lose his right to the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next randomly selected entrant, and the same procedure will be followed, until the winner has been determined.

DISQUALIFICATION

Any person participating in this contest or attempting to participate by a means contrary to these rules and likely to be unfair to other participants (example: computer hacking, use of a nominee) will be automatically disqualified and could be referred to the competent judicial authorities.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE

The prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be exchanged, substituted or transferred to another person.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, Rachel reserves the right to award a prize of the same nature and of equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the value of the prize indicated in these rules. In any event, Rachel shall not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these Rules.

FACEBOOK

Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Facebook site is not owned or operated by Rachel and nonetheless acknowledges being subject to Facebook's Terms of Service. The personal information collected in this contest is for the exclusive use of Rachel and will not be communicated in any way to Facebook. Facebook is not associated with the contest and does not sponsor it in any way. No liability can be attributed to it in this regard.

RECEIPT OF ENTRIES

Rachel will not be held responsible for any misdirected or late entries, including due to a problem related to any failure for any reason whatsoever, of the website during the duration of this contest, including any damage to an entrant's computer or mobile device.

CONTEST MODIFICATION

Rachel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, this contest in the event that an event or any human intervention occurs that may alter or influence the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the contest as provided for in these rules. No responsibility can be imputed to him.

UNEXPECTED END OF THE CONTEST

In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, participation in the contest should end in whole or in part before the end date provided for in these rules, the award may be made, at Rachel's discretion, among the entries duly registered and received by the date of the event that terminated participation in the competition. In any event, Rachel shall not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these Rules.

USE OF WINNERS' INFORMATION

By accepting the prize, any winner authorizes Rachel to use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, place of residence and statement relating to the prize for publicity purposes, without any form of compensation.

REGULATION COMPLIANCE

Anyone who enters the contest agrees to abide by these rules and the final and binding decisions of Rachel, who administers the contest.

If any paragraph of these Rules is declared or found to be illegal, unenforceable or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that paragraph will be deemed void, but all other paragraphs that are not affected will be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

The contest is subject to all applicable laws.
